By working together as a team, Kaia girls accomplish their fitness goals and realize their full potential, both physically and mentally. Check out my NEXT goal! I know I tell you this all the time, however I need to share this with you. After reflecting from the Iron Girl, January will be my two year kaia anniversary. They say if you can commit for a year it’s a life style change. January 2011, I walked into kaia brik with “the next step”. Had no idea that would ever in my wildest dreams mean, “it’s never to late”. Then, at 38 years old a recently divorced after 20 years, would I look back and see what I have accomplished: Half marathon, several 10&5k’s, swim for an hour and then hit TRX or run 3 miles, double days, road bike, triathlons, smile 90% of the time, inspire others to do their best, lost 30t lbs, 3 sizes, over 25 inches, 15 points in body fat.. Life long sisters, healthy eating habits, feel strong mentally and physically and attract healthy people. Honestly kaia and you have changed my life, like they say ” I did not change, I just found myself”. I’m your motivational speaker anytime and your poster child that it’s never to late
